"Us", "We", "Our", "The community" all refers to Tyler's Box as a group, as a community. We are not responsible for any mistakes you may have made with our service.
We do not offer refunds unless we deem you deserve one, as in; If we, the owners, or the service make a mistake we will refund you based upon a decision made there and then. Otherwise refunds are not a thing.
If you are banned from Tyler's Box, your purchases will not be refunded.
If you claim a chargeback, we will consider this an attempt to avoid paying for one of our products or services and will take appropriate action. Claiming a charge-back through your credit card or PayPal will result in you being banned from making future purchases at our store and we will provide the necessary evidence to prove you received what you paid for.
